Refund policy

1 Minute Projects 

• Because of the short nature of these projects, we do not offer any type of refund.

• This applies to Holiday Specials, including Holiday Short Stories and Holiday Greetings.

5 Minute Projects (and Longer)

• Under our Content Submission Guidelines in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to force a 75% refund after 3 inadequate recordings are submitted.

• After we start work designing the product, a full refund will not be possible.

• If you request a refund between the time of your submission of the survey and the recorded story to the time we deliver the first draft, your refund amount will depend on what stage of the project we have completed. This amount will be calculated by the Stories For Generations Support Team at support@storiesforgenerations.com.

• After we deliver the sound designed draft of the story, only 25% refund will be possible. If no revisions are requested within 10 days of the sound designed draft delivery, the sound designed draft automatically becomes the final draft and no more refund will be possible.

• After you approve the final draft of the sound designed story, no more refund will be possible.

• Gift Cards cannot be returned for a full refund, however they can be exchanged for equal value of another product.

• Please contact support@storiesforgenerations.com to find out if you qualify for a refund. This process can take up to 14 days.

• Adding additional items will be a separate checkout procedure. You must use the same email address when adding additional items to your current order. Please contact support@storiesforgenerations.com to ensure the additional item is properly linked and the timeline is amended.
